Easter Holidays are upon us and the big get away has commenced!

The weather has taken a turn for the better with temperatures a lot warmer hovering around 15 degrees for the weekend with a warm feel about it too.

If you are planning to be at home, Easter is traditionally a big DIY weekend at home with the Garden Centres and DIY Stores expecting hughe volumes of customers to get their tills ringing.

Time to fertilise your lawn and trim the edges to tidy it up.  It has been a bit of a late spring, even though we are in BST because of the minimal rainfall affecting growth of lawns and garden plants and bulbs.  To be honest, we have not seen a lot of neatly mown lawns and it is mid April.  Lawn Care has started a litle later this year for sure.

A 20 Kg of fertiliser will treat 666 square metres and you should fertilse your lawns every 12 weeks to kep them in tip top condition throughout the year.

It is warm enough to think about treating the over wintering lawn weeds and if you are using a sprayer this weekend on your lawn or driveway, remember to use a spray indicator dye to make the task so much easier for you to see where you have and have not sprayed.
