Hi new Turf laid around 7 weeks ago.
Just noticed a plain white type flower/moss/pest growing through some areas of new turf.
What is it and how to treat if any thanks.
Also I am just about to fertilize the new turf is this ok ?
Thank you Dave Diamond.
Reply: Fertilise now for sure. As to the weed growing through the turf, I would not worry for now but it looks like the old surface was not totally killed off during the renovation process which is a real shame.
